Buffet event party space for showers

2026 Party Packages

Party packages include custom silk floral centerpieces, 

choice of linen napkin color (several colors to choose from), ivory tablecloths (unless otherwise noted), 

and plate chargers (13 styles to choose from). 

Our upstairs event space holds a maximum of 40 guests. 

Our lower level space holds a maximum of 16 guests.

Dessert Extravaganza

Impress your guests with an attractive buffet of our decadent Signature mini pastries, tartlets, and authentic French macarons. 

All made fresh in our from-scratch

Le Chocolat Bakery. 

This package includes

Luncheon & Dessert Extravaganza

Our most popular package for over 15 years! 

Perfect for casual to elegant baby or bridal showers, birthdays, or any other special occasion.

Start with a beautiful buffet of assorted mini "tea style" sandwiches, pasta salad, and Le Chocolat Salad.

The ‘sweet’ ending includes an impressive assortment

of our Signature mini pastries, tartlets, and authentic French Macarons made fresh daily

at our Le Chocolat Bakery. 

This package includes our

Signature strawberry or peach lemonade and coffee.

$53 per person (upstairs)

$48 per person (lower level)

Accommodations can be provided for GF & DF sensitivities.

Classic Afternoon Tea

Our classic tea parties include an assortment of our mini "tea style" sandwiches,

our Signature mini-pastries, tea cakes,

tartlets, and authentic French macarons made fresh daily in our own Le Chocolat Bakery.

This package includes an assortment of classic and dessert tea selections,

and our Signature strawberry or peachlemonade.

$47 per person

Package D

Bridgerton High Tea

Classic 3-tier displayers are first presented with

mini tea sandwiches, tea cakes, English scones with Devonshire cream and our own home-made raspberry jam. End your delightful tea experience with a beautiful selection

of sweet mini pastries, tartlets, and authentic French macarons. 

This High Tea includes our Signature strawberry lemonade,

and a selection of classic and dessert teas.

Dress in your finest or Lady Whistledown 

will have something to say about it!

Your guests may borrow from our stunning collection of real rhinestone tiaras and a gorgeous crown for your V.I.P.

Choctails, Wine & Hors d'oeuvres Party

For an impressive evening you will collaborate with our 

 Le Chocolat Event Coordinator to customize your event.

Especially suited for Corporate events, customer appreciation,

or open house-style special events.

An array of hot and cold appetizers may include:

Charcuterie Board, Burrata Avocado Crostini, Bruschetta,

Ham & Cheese Crepe bites, Brie en Croute, BLT squares,

(choose up to 4) and our Signature Mini Desserts and Macarons.

Wine, Mimosas, Prosecco, Sparkling Wine,

Coffee, Tea, and Hot Cocoa Bar available as add-ons.

Package F

Sipping Chocolate and Desserts Party

Each table setting features an antique “chocolate pot” and demitasse cups and saucers from

around the world and from the private collection of

Le Chocolat owner, Cathy Bouchard.

 Complimenting the luxurious European sipping chocolate is a 3-tiered displayer featuring a decadent

assortment of mini pastries, tartlets, and

authentic French macarons- all made fresh daily 

at our own Le Chocolat Bakery.  

This party begins late afternoon as no food is served. 

$32 per person​​

Package G

Wine & Chocolate Pairings

This gathering is great for

corporate events, team meetings, 

customer appreciation, or book clubs.

Also fun for birthday parties,

personal showers, or ladies' night out!

These intimate gatherings include a variety of wines

paired with our decadent chocolates and lead by a knowledgeable tour guide through each taste and bite!

 

End the experience with a glass of one of your favorites!

FEES, TERMS & CONDITIONS:

A minimum of $1,200 is required to reserve our upstairs event space for Saturday & Sunday events. 

A minimum of $1,000 is required to reserve our upstairs event space for Thursday & Friday evening events. 

A minimum of $500 is required to reserve our lower level event space. 

 

A non-refundable Deposit of $100 is due to guarantee your booking. If reserving the entire building (bistro and upstairs event space), a non-refundable deposit of $500 will be due. Any deposit paid will be applied to your balance. A service charge of 22% will be charged which includes a minimum gratuity. Applicable sales tax will be charged for all events. ​A 3% fee will be applied to all credit card final payments (not deposits). To pay by check, confirmation of all event details and full payment must be made three weeks prior to the party date. 

Payment of the Deposit serves as your confirmation that you have read and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

-All food, beverages, desserts, cookies, favors, and cakes must be purchased, prepared, and provided by Le Chocolat du Bouchard and Le Chocolat Bakery. Any outside food and beverage are not permitted due to Dupage County Health Department regulations.

Le Chocolat can provide any favors, custom cakes, or party gifts upon request. Non-food related favors are permitted (candles, soap, etc)

-Any leftover buffet sandwiches or salads will not be permitted to be taken as leftovers, per Dupage County Health Department regulations. 

-DAMAGE: The client will be responsible for any damage found. Confetti, glitter, and silly string are not permitted. For clean-up of confetti, glitter, or silly string may incur an additional room clean-up fee. 

-TIMING: Your party may last up to 2 1/2 hours in our upstairs event space. A $50 fee may be charged for every 30 minutes over time. 

-DECOR: Any decorations, photo booths, balloon displays, or large decor must be pre-approved by the event manager, as there is limited space. Items cannot be attached to walls or doors. Floor and table easels are available at no charge, upon request.

-DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: Certain dietary restrictions can be accommodated. Any all-vegetarian menus will incur a 15% surcharge. 

-ADD'L: 

Please be advised we do not have an elevator to access our second floor. 

There is a restroom available on the second floor.

High chairs are available upon request.
